Garnier Skinactive Micellar Eye Makeup Remover Pads (100 pads $8.99) are a new eye makeup remover pad saturated with Garnier’s cult favorite Skinactive Micellar Water that launched to the permanent line for Fall 2018.
I was pretty excited to check these out when they started popping up online late last month. I love Garnier’s Micellar Water but having that in a small cotton round sounded brilliant! I travel a lot and Garnier’s Micellar Water does come in a mini-size but I just felt it saved so much space having the cotton pads that were saturated with micellar water handy for quick removal when I’m on the run.
I loved these BUT…..
I’d change three things about them!

Garnier Skinactive Micellar Eye Makeup Remover Pads will set you back about nine bucks for 100 pads that arrive in a very small jar perfect for travel. I liked them. A lot. They remove makeup easily! Even eye makeup is a snap to remove! Yes, waterproof mascara too! Although, there is a small amount that is occasionally left behind but honestly, when you want to get bed fast these do a damn fine job of getting off 95% off your makeup very quickly. There is absolutely no fault with the formula here! The cotton rounds at thin, saturated just right with product but not overly so, and gently on my face and eyes. I do have some beef.
