A while ago, Jouer liquid lipsticks were all over Instagram and since then I wanted to try these. I had never heard of this brand before. Christian Zilber is the founder of Jouer Cosmetics and this brand is based out of Beverly Hills, California. After trying out these for a while, I must say I am quite impressed with the quality that this brand offers. They have a good selection of shade range. The shade I will be discussing today is “Petale de Rose.”
