Mine is Dr Jart Premium BB Tinted Moisturizer with Niacinamide and SPF 40. I love the original Dr Jart BB Cream. Well actually, I’m a fan of Dr Jart’s old Beauty Balm BB Cream that launched within the US around 2011! And I actually currently have one in my BB Cream line up! The idea of buying another one is appealing but really a big unnesscary purchase. The new one does sound awful good though. It has all the benefits of the old formula with a natural finish that conceals and hydrates but this new formula also contains niacinamide to brighten up skin. I have to admit I was surprised to see they lowered the sunscreen level on this formula from 45 to 40. But I tend to wear SPF under BB Creams anyway which makes this not too big an issue.
Do I need this" Not at all. It’s replacing the older formula with a slightly newer upgrade and a higher price tag.
