Trader Joe’s Fragrance-Free Body Butter ($5.49) is a new fragrance-free body butter that contains squalane and shea butter. It’s my go to for keeping fragrances long-wearing on my skin!

Everyone knows the most essential part of perfume application is ensuring you apply it to well hydrated skin. It just lasts longer if your skin is nice and moisturized. As much as I love a scented body cream sometimes ones in my collection don’t fit with the scent I am wearing. In that case, I’m reaching for my trusty Cerave Moisturizing Cream. It’s moisturizing, not sticky, and it helps keep my fragrance long-wearing.
I’ve replaced it with the new Trader Joe’s Fragrance-Free Body Butter. I finally scored this at my local TJs and was excited to try it as I heard some ravings about the formula. I was a little worried as my recent Trader Joe?s Shimmering Candy Cane Body Butter purchase didn’t turn out quite so great which made me concerned about trying any new body butters from TJ. But I took the chance and I’m somewhat glad I did.
This isn’t TJ’s best formula but it has two things going for it and that’s the fact it’s very moisturizing and it keeps my perfume long-wearing not to mention it’s fairly inexpensive at $5.49.
