TJ is at it again! Trader Joe’s Brazil Nut Body Scrub was spotted at a store in the OC and I hope it makes its way to the East Coast soon! As you may know Trader Joe’s Brazil Nut Body Butter launched last Summer and was quickly impossible to find due to the fact everyone and their mom was saying it smells exactly like Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream (Don’t forget today’s the last day to save on Sol de Janeiro! 15% Sitewide!).
I’m happy to report the return of Brazil Nut Body Butter this year! And it seems like stores have plenty of it to go around! It didn’t take TJ long to realize people adore the body butter so why not go ahead and put out a body scrub too" And yes, it has the same salted caramel and pistachio notes as the body cream according to the packaging! I got the info/news from Trader Joe’s Obsessed on TikTok and Instagram. She always has the latest news on TJ finds.
I’m eager to check this out! I wouldn’t say that the scent is an exact dupe of Bum Bum Cream. I find Bum Bum Cream is a little more complex and has a nice vanilla note plus it is a bit stronger but nonetheless, it’s still a great pick-up if you adore Sol de Janeiro’s cult favorite scent. Costco also has a dupe but sadly, I haven’t been able to locate it around here as of yet!
