T minus 5 weeks until my bridal shower takes place here in New York City and I couldn?t be more ecstatic. While my sister and my bff are handling the planning, the thought of the upcoming event has got me feeling inspired to find the coolest stuff on the sugar and cosmic dust front. Hosting a bridal shower is a big responsibility because you want to get everything just right. I have done it once before, and while it was a lot of work, the final result was pure love and joy. Without giving too much away, my own shower will take place in the afternoon, the perfect time to serve cookies, cakes, candies and other whimsical desserts.
