Sir John x Luminess Cosmetics Can’t Wait To Be Queen Eyeshadow Palette ($42) is a new, limited edition Disney the Lion King inspired palette that contains nine gorgeous eyeshadows. Sir John is a Global Makeup Artist that’s worked with the likes of Charlotte Tilbury and also, celebrities like Chrissy Teigen but he is probably best known as Beyoncé’s personal makeup artist. Yup, Sir John is the one guilty for making Beyoncé look amazing.
He recently teamed up with Luminess Cosmetics to create an entire makeup collection inspired by the new live action remake of the Lion King. Along with the Sir John x Luminess Disney The Lion King Can’t Wait To Be Queen Eyeshadow Palette the collection includes lipsticks, a bronzer palette, and more. I was most drawn to the eyeshadow palette and purchased it immediately when it launched.

Sir John x Luminess Disney The Lion King Can’t Wait To Be Queen Eyeshadow Palette is probably one of the most satisfying eyeshadow palette experiences and purchases I’ve had in a while. This is a palette I can see myself using daily and hitting pan on because it’s such a versatile selection of shades but also, because the formula is fantastic. I’m pretty sad is limited edition. I think it’s one of the nicest Disney collaborations I’ve seen in a long, long time. I think sometimes Disney makeup collaborations can be juvenile but this palette is really quite sophisticated and chic!
