You know how they say beauty is pain" That’s pretty spot on accurate when it comes to the new Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Milk Mask. It’s actually really great for my skin but oh my gosh it’s painful!
I’m still trying to find out exactly what it is in Shea Moisture that cause this awful burning feeling when you apply them. Last year, I picked up the Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Hydrating Mud Mask and Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Radiance Mud Mask and the formulas just weren’t to be my liking. Granted, the Coconut & Hibiscus was a little more tame but the Raw Shea Butter one wasn’t friendly to my dry non-sensitive skin.
I kept all of this in mind when I purchased the Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Milk Mask but had hidden hopes it would work out for a good.
Shea Moisture has been adding to their 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Collection over the last few months and more recently they added several new products to the line including this mask. I already own and use the 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Face Lotion and 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Overnight Facial Oil.
