The Sephora Berry Kissable Brush Set and Wild Bunch Sponge Set might be a hint at a Berry cute Spring Collection to come. Earlier this morning, the Wild Bunch Sponge Set ($16) arrived on their site packaged up in an adorable strawberry carton that includes four bright red blending brushes. There’s also a new Sehora Berry Kissable Brush Set ($48) brush set that features a cute selection of makeup brushes that have strawberry ice cream printed handles. You get five brushes that come packed up into a lip-shaped pouch that includes a Foundation, Angled Blush, Crease, All Over Eyeshadow Brush, and Double-Ended Brow Spoolie. P.S. Is it me or do the bristles look like they have a tinge of red" Imagine if they smelled like strawberries too" OMG! Bringing my Strawberry Shortcake childhood back to life!
I have hopes that this cute berry selection of products might mean they’ll release an eyeshadow palette in reddish and pink shades. Everyone seems to be embracing red eyeshadow lately and I can’t get enough of it as typically such a color seems reserved for Asian brand releases and it rarely makes an appearance in the Western market. Earlier last month, Colourpop releases a stunning red themed collection and also, Sugar Pill’s adorable Feline Fancy Set embraces red not to mention the lovely Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow Palette. I hope we’ll see more red this year.
