Revlon Photoready Insta-Filter Foundation ($17.99) is a new flawless finish foundation that launched with the Revlon Fall 2017 Collection. This is probably one of the more expensive drugstore foundations I’ve run into recently. $18 bucks for drugstore foundation" Can you say whoa" That’s pretty crazy….!
None the less, I decided to order it and check it out for myself as the “fresh faced, natural finish sounded promised.

Revlon Photoready Insta-Filter Foundation has mixed reviews out of the gate but I actually love it. It’s expensive yes, but totally worth the price in my opinion as it actually delivers on one of its main promises that being that it provided fresh faced, natural coverage. You see, I don’t require nor do I desire a face full of foundation. Whenever I watch youTube gurus or Instagram influencers applying layers and layers and layers of foundation I cringe. I don’t need that kind of coverage as I have clear, blemish-free skin that I like to breath. I prefer something natural, lightweight, and breathable with enough coverage to ease my dull complexion and brighten it up a bit and that’s exactly what Photoready Insta-Filter Foundation does. This is formula contains an SPF 20 and promises medium, buildable coverage. I’d call it sheerer with close to medium coverage that does in fact build easily without caking or looking unnatural.
