Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer is a new concealer that has a hydrating core center infused with Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate dry under eyes and help them to retain that moisture. This little concealer is launching in five shades selections with the new Neutrogena Hydra Boost Makeup Collection for Spring 2017.

I have to admit I’m no really a huge fan of concealers with “moisturizing” cores. I instantly think of the grease-fest that was Benefit Fake Up Concealer when I see concealers like this. But Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer does so surprise.
This comes housed in a rather slick silver barrel with clear cap that’s 0.12 oz in size and $12.99. I thought it was pretty pricey to be honest but after using it I’d likely totally buy it again. I purchased the shade Light which was bit to pasty for me but they didn’t have Light/Medium in stock sadly! I love this formula. It reminds me of the creamy, hydrating texture of Amazing Cosmetics Amazing Concealer Hydrate. This is smooth, creamy, and glides on like butter. It doesn’t tug in the least and the light, thin, creamy texture is very, very, very easy to blend under my dry, finely lined eyes. I was doing a little jig as I applied this because 1. It’s rare to come across a hydrating drugstore concealer and 2. It’s rare to come across a stick concealer that’s so creamy and hydrating! Typically sticks...
