Milani Retouch + Base Light-Lifting Concealer Review & Swatches
Milani Retouch + Base Light-Lifting Concealer ($4.99) is a new brightening concealer for face and under eyes that’s launching now at drugstores for Spring 2017. I picked up a tube of Milani Retouch + Base Light-Lifting Concealer about two weeks ago at my local Walgreens and I’ve been testing it daily so, I thought I’d share my review and swatches today.
Here’s a look!
Milani Retouch + Base Light-Lifting Concealer comes housed in a 0.24 oz squeeze tube and is available in five shade selections. Apparently squeeze concealers are a little bit of a beauty trend for Spring 2017 at drugstores. Covergirl Outlast All-Day Soft Touch Concealer that’s available with the Covergirl Spring 2017 Collection also comes housed in a squeeze tube although that tube is slanted where as Milani’s is a rounded ball applicator.
I picked up Medium Light which was a bit too light for me. Typically Medium Light works great for me but the shades apparently run lighter as this color didn’t have quite enough beige for me ran towards being Ivory versus Medium Light. So, just a heads up to go darker and not lighter when selecting a shade.
As I mentioned above this has a dense yet soft round applicator for application. This is a great for application but I think blending is better left to your fingers as the applicator doesn’t offer as precise and smooth a finish as you’d want when using it under eyes. It should work fab though for spot coverage and ...
