Lush Snowflake Body Lotion is a new, limited edition moisturizing body lotion from the Lush Christmas 2019 Collection. Sadly, Snowcake Soap has failed to make an appearance this year again with the Holiday Collection and yes, I’m sobbing all over myself over here. But there was a light at the end of that dark tunnel! Lush Snowflake Body Lotion! As soon as I saw this I jumped right in and purchased two large pots for $19.95 each. Was it enough" Would I need an entire case of this stuff" Lush says in the details that it’s a “sweet marzipan-scented lotion”! Oh my god! Joy! I wasn’t getting a Snowcake Soap but at the least they made up for it and they were giving me a body lotion.
Not so much!
Over the years, the beautiful scent of Snowcake has made it’s way into a variety of products. At one point there was a “oops” version of Almond Kisses Facial Moisturizer that smelled like Snowcake, a limited edition forum exclusive shower gel, and yes, there was a body lotion too! Snowcake is one of those gorgeous, unique fragrances but I’m puzzled why Lush doesn’t make it a permanent part of their line. Maybe they fear people will grow tired of it so bringing it out once a year for the Holidays is their way of keeping things fresh. Either way, at this point, we don’t even get it around the Holidays and I do so miss it.
So, sure, I automatically assumed that Lush Snowflake Body Lotion would smell ...
