L’Occitane Peony Petal Cleansing Oil Review
One of the best beauty things to pass across my desk recently is the new L’Occitane Peony Petal Cleansing Oil ($34). Far be it for me to get excited about cleansing oils considering my background of trying any and every new cleanser that pops up in the US, Korean, and Japanese market. I have plenty of bottles of cleansing oil currently in my rotation some of which I adore, others I’m a bit meh about, and still others that are backups of those that I love. So, it’s unlikely I’ll get excited about cleansing oil at this point. Although, it does always strike my beauty sweet spot when a brand launches one here in the US since for such a long time cleansing oil wasn’t a common cleanser in the US market most people associated it with Shu Uemura. Nowadays, it’s becomes a staple in many beauty lover’s skincare routines and why wouldn’t it be" It gently takes off difficult to remove makeup, emulsifies and washes away easily, and it leaves skin soft and smooth, never greasy or shiny.
L’Occitane Peony Petal Cleansing Oil is a new, permanent Fall 2017 launch that which I ended up becoming addicted to rather quickly. There are cleansing oils that work fantastically and there are ones that fail miserably. Peony Petal Cleansing Oil is one of the keepers.
