If Only Becca Light Shifter Brightening Concealer Came Without Under-Eye Brightening Corrector
Becca Light Shifter Brightening Concealer gets an early launch at qvc.com this week but sadly, they are packaging it up with Under-Eye Brightening Corrector. Don’t get me wrong the deal is real here because you’re basically getting Under-Eye Brightening Corrector for free in this set since the new Light Shifter Brightening Concealer is $36 by itself but this kit you get it and a full-size corrector for that price. I’m just not a big, big fan of the Under-Eye Brightening Corrector formula. I’m tempted enough to buy and just re-gift the corrector though because hell, concealer junkie here!
Available in eight shades the Light Shifter Brightening Concealer has a large puff applicator much like Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away Concealer. The formula acts to concealer dark circle and brightens the under area up. My problem is some of the swatches appear to have mica! There’s a bit of a luminous look to them but maybe that’s the flash of the camera. I just don’t do well with glow-y concealers as they seem to put a spotlight on my worst issues like puffy eyes. My second issue is I haven’t really met a Becca Concealer I like yet. Becca’s weird because I go positively ape sh*t when they launch a new blush or highlighter or a blush/highlighter palette but I don’t always get as excited about their base products.
