Here we are! We made it through 2020 (almost)! As always I wish for you what I wish for myself. Health, a warm place to lay your head at night, food in your stomach, and love be it from your favorite people or your loving animals.
I meditated a lot on 2020 and I thought back to all the times that I hated on this year and how I whined about how horrible it was and how bad things were but in the end I realized one important thing. I’m here. I’m healthy. My family is healthy! I still have a job, I still have a home and a place to lay my head at night, I still have food in my stomach. I have people that love me! I have people to love! Many people can’t say the same so why am I whining about how bad things are when in reality things aren’t that bad at all. I think sometimes we need to snap ourselves out of the funk and remember how many people are struggling right now, how many lost friends and family to COVID, how many are worried about rent next month and if they’ll have a home, how many have lost their jobs, how many have lost their lives to not only COVID but also, in other ways. If you’re struggling right now my whole heart is with you! If you lost family or friends I feel that to my very core as although I haven’t lost anyone it brings tears to my eyes thinking how I’d feel if I did. I’m every always the optimist. I believe things will get better. That they can’t be bad all the time. That there’...
