Escada Fiesta Carioca Review
Escada Fiesta Carioca Eau de Toilette ($48-$79) is a new limited edition fragrance that was created to celebrate 25 years of Escada’s Summer Edition Perfumes. I recently purchased Escada Fiesta Carioca late last month when it popped up on Ulta.com. I think I have pretty much all the Escada Spring/Summer perfumes that released over the course of the last 15 years or more. They are truly my guilty little pleasure because I’m a grand lover of fruity, sweet floral fragrances.
Here’s my review of Escada Fiesta Carioca!
Escada Fiesta Carioca is a pretty little symphony of sweet fruity floral notes that’s girlish, pretty, and perfectly light and fresh for Spring and Summer. Housed in an ombre lime and neon pink bottle decorated with florals and hummingbirds this holds true with Escada’s traditional fragrance releases. You have to be apart of the Juicy Couture and celebrity fragrance culture in order to give Escada its proper due. This isn’t a scent that will capture your interest if you enjoy more refined elegant gourmands like Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. It is a more youthful, light, and very sweet scent that will capture your heart and nose if you like your fragrances candy-coated.
Apparently this is supposed to contain exotic fruits and floral notes on a woody, musky background. For me, it’s all fruity floral and I don’t really get the musk and cedar it apparently contains. It’s a pretty traditional Escada fragrance which m...
