E.L.F. Cosmetics Water Droplet Balm ($10) is a new lightweight moisturizer that starts out as a balm but breaks down into a hydrating water once applied. And yes, you can go ahead and file E.L.F. Water Droplet Balm under cool because that’s what it is, COOL!
This is a pretty unique and innovative product that has a formula like nothing I’ve tried before. That’s saying a lot considering I’ve tried so many different skincare products from Japan and Korea and we all know how innovative Asian skincare is.
E.L.F. continues to pump out some very interesting and budget friendly skincare. They have been concentrating a lot lately on skincare and producing some solid hits and a few misses along the way but I can confidently say that Water Droplet Balm is worth a try and might just be a love for some of you!
E.L.F. Water Droplet Balm arrives in a plastic jar that’s 1.76 oz in size and $10 in price. It toes that line at being budget friendly and more on the higher-end drugstore pricing line. But since E.L.F. has so many sales you’d be hard pressed to actually pay full-price for it anyway!
I wouldn’t say this contains any groundbreaking ingredients but no major horrible ways either unless you’re disturbed by fragrance or a small amount of silicones. It’s a fairly basic moisturizer that has a fun, unique texture that wears well under makeup.
