I think people assume it’s a brand under some larger parent company like L’Oreal but in reality it was founded and is owned by Nancy Twine. She’s one of the youngest African American women to launch a hair care line at Sephora being in her twenties at the time of launch. Nancy is one of those triple threats that we should recognize and admire for the fact that she is not only African American but also, because she’s young and a woman. Imagine being merely 33 years old and already having a highly successful business under your belt" That’s success right there!
