It’s just not possible to completely depuff eyes or eliminate dark circles or fill in deep hallows and erase fine lines. What I do want from my eye cream is moisture and plenty of it. In my experience, proper hydration is key to proper concealer coverage not to mention moisture will make finer lines look softer and the area will look a lot less rested if they are dry and dehydrated.
