Currently, I am obsessed with YSL Pur Couture lipsticks. I can go on and on about the formula and how comfortable it feels on the lips. These lipsticks are nicely pigmented and leave a beautiful stain too. The shade that I would be reviewing today is ?212 Alternative Plum? which has a super gorgeous matte formula.

My Experience with Yves Saint Laurent 212 Alternative Plum Rouge Pur Couture The Mats Lipstick:

The packaging is absolutely stunning. It is a gold coloured tube which feels very royal to carry around and the Gold tube contains the black detailing with YSL logo. It?s heavy and sturdy; feels absolutely luxurious. Unlike the satin formula, the matte ones do not have a YSL logo engraved on the bullet of the lipstick. The shade number is printed at the bottom of the tube. It has a typical YSL fruity?floral scent and the scent lasts for a long time without fading.
