As an ex-New Yorker, I say the Big Apple is the best city in the world whether or not it expedites my crow?s feet. For a place whose residents take satisfaction in masochistic day-to-day tasks like carrying strollers up six flights of stairs followed by a good complain-brag, New York sports its wrinkles with honor.
