Workout Wednesday: The Ab Routine I Swear By!
So I’ve been wanting to incorporate more health and fitness posts on my blog, and I think I may have found one way to do so. Every other Wednesday, I’m going to try to publish an article which will be part of my new Workout Wednesday Series. As of now, I figured I’ll post about my favorite fitness routines and any other fitness related content I feel is appropriate. Yes, I may do some posts in between, like product reviews, etc., but I wanted to explore this option first, and I think I’m going to have some fun with it. This particular post is going to be short and sweet. Today, I’m going to tell you about the Ab Routine I swear by! Now – I’m not sitting back and saying I have rock-hard abs. To be honest with you, I don’t feel like I focus on my abs as much as I should. When I was younger, I would do this routine religiously and I would quickly tone my tummy.
