Weekly Must-Have: Kiehl’s Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream
So, even though I’m beauty-obsessed and love learning about the latest makeup and skincare products, my skin doesn’t always get as excited. I breakout and have pretty oily skin–not a day goes by without countless oil-blotting sheets and several touch-up’s, ugh. I’m rather reluctant to try anything fancy, but I gave Kiehl’s Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream a try, and surprisingly, I’m kinda in love.
First off, I’ve been hearing about manuka honey, and all of its skincare benefits for some time now… not to mention that it heals acne! The cream is thick, but doesn’t apply heavy, and leaves a silky-matte finish. My skin feels moisturized, but not at all oily, and the cream’s texture is smooth and applies almost like a primer, so it’s perfect under foundation, too. I can’t say that it’s completely healed my acne, but I haven’t broken out as a result of using it, so that’s good news, especially for my skin. I mainly refrain from raving about a product immediately after usage because it can take a while to notice benefits and adverse effects. But, with this cream, I noticed a difference immediately; it smoothed my complexion instantly and made everything look — and feel — plump and radiant.
