I am fascinated by what celebrities choose to be for their Halloween costumes for ONE reason.
Think about it.  Most celebrities are either actors or singers, and get to basically “dress up” and make believe all the time, and make money at it.  That’s their job.
So when it’s the biggest night of the year to go all out with being something other than yourself, then it’s game on with finding something super creative to become if you are a celebrity!
And since I follow more celebs on Instagram than I probably should, I have seen a few really amazing costumes this year.  Here are my awards for best female celebrity costumes of 2016. And maybe just maybe, I’ll take inspiration for next year from one of these. (My Halloween costume at very bottom of this post if you’re ready to see it?)

Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom as Hillary & Bill Clinton.  It’s an election year so someone HAD to do this and I think Miss Perry nailed it.  They couldn’t look more opposite in real life, so that’s why I’m giving Katy a gold star. This makeup job was so freaking good right down to the pantsuit and wig.  Even if you don’t like Hilary (or Katy) you gotta give some props to this transformation.  Oh, and Orlando definitely gets 2nd place for turning his normally handsome self into um, not as handsome Bill!
