Two Natural Remedies For Seasonal Allergies
Spring is glorious, especially now that it’s stop raining. We?re finally seeing signs of life! Every simple pleasure from the chirp of a bird to the bud of a tulip can make me smile ear-to-ear and I don’t care how cheesy that sounds. It’s the time for fresh starts. But first: seasonal allergies. Another of my least-favorite parts of #adulting:Â itchy, watery, puffy eyes, waking up congested, sneezing uncontrollably, and don’t even get me started on the post-nasal drip… I used to rely on prescription steroids and over-the-counter meds, but that never felt right. You’ll definitely feel like you’re sitting in a medicine woman’s hut while you sip it. And the benefits are worth going woo woo for: Nettle is a natural antihistamine and can affect allergy receptors quickly if used at the first sign of symptoms.
