I keep trying new products from my makeup kit for reviews and in the process also keep trying out new makeup looks to post on IMBB. So I wore this makeup the entire day yesterday. Basically i was testing out the eyeshadows. And they turned out to be quite epic honestly. I’d review the palette soon but let me tell you about the look first.
I used the Laura Mercier Extreme Neutrals Eyeshadow Palette. I just used 3 eyeshadows. A neutral beige shade all over the lid. A shimmery gold just on the centre of the lid and a shimmery dark brown eyeshadow both on the inner and outer cover of the lid. I wanted to create a soft gradient effect. I wanted the eye makeup to look all blended and soft. I finished off with a thick bold eyeliner and lots of mascara. I kept the lower lash line quite empty to prevent the look from looking smokey. For skin, I used a damp sponge to create a sheer dewy makeup base. I barely used powder on the skin but then I have dry skin and I could get away with it. If you have oily skin, I’d def suggest that you use powder. I finished off with soft pink blush, lots of highlighter and a matte pink lip.
Do give this look a shot. You can wear this both during day or evening and honestly, I am sure you’d have these colors in your kit already. So pick up your brushes and start blending.
