I?d planned on writing about the results of the Tixel treatment I had around my eyes about a month ago but I?m glad I waited as the area has continued to improve in the last few weeks. I had 3 treatments altogether spaced a month apart with the last one taking place in December 2017 and it?s said that the results can take 3-6 months to become visible.
I definitely noticed seeing a difference after around 3 months particularly, with my eyelids looking more lifted. However, the results under my eyes have become even more apparent over the last few weeks and I now feel the skin is smoother, more even toned and generally stronger and less crepey. Maybe the results took longer to show on me because of my age and my rate of collagen renewal has slowed down though this is just a guess.

The results I?ve had from the treatment are reasonably subtle and I don?t think it?s comparable to having surgery. However, it does go far beyond what can be achieved with an eye cream. I?m most happy with the improvement to my eyelids as this area is so hard to address. Not only were the eyelids treated directly but the area above the eyebrows was also treated and this combination led to a discernible lift.
