Finding the perfect foundation for your needs can be a challenge, but finding a foundation for your ever-evolving seasonal needs can be practically impossible. Sticking with one formula (and shade for that matter) for twelve months of the year is never the best idea (our skin needs are different throughout the seasons,) so I've always got a repertoire of bases I can rely on for my many requirements. 1. YSL Touche Eclat Foundation - Advanced Formula (£31.50) 
Although the original formula has been around for some time, this 'new and improved' version hits stores on February 1st. The lightweight texture is utterly beautiful, gliding over skin to leave behind a radiant glow while effectively covering imperfections; there's no mask effect, but the foundation dries to leave a delicately mattified finish that I adore.
