OK, well, maybe not completely new?but my biggest hope from the get-go in testing the 30 Day Tired Eyes, Puffiness & Dark Circles Regimen Kit by Nuvesse ($95) was that my dark circles would improve, and I?d be able to wear less makeup in that area. And with less makeup, my under-eye area would look more natural and less cake-y.
