Yes, you do have to look past the slightly garish and reminiscent of a Hawaiian shirt bottle to really enjoy the sweet fragrance within, but I'm sure once you test this scent for yourself this won't be an issue. The concept behind the design I am told is to reflect the crisp blue waters of Maui, the hibiscus flower is also a nod to the island of Hawaii. Okay so maybe it is a bottle I won't proudly display, but it is not the worst I have seen, and as I said it truly is what is on the inside that counts with this fragrance - and man is it a wondrous beach ready scent.
When I first dabbed on Britney Spears Maui Fantasy Eau de Toilette I was instantly transported back to my pre-teens; a time when I was beyond obsessed with Jennifer Lopez and one scent in-particular - J-Lo Miami Glow.
