The Right Way to Use Dry Shampoo
Let’s be honest, we all need a little dry shampoo sometimes. Whether we’re busy or just feeling too lazy to wash our hair, we reach for the dry shampoo more often than not. This hair savior is an essential part of everyone’s hair care routine, but are you applying it correctly" The first time I saw the white streaks that were left on my head, I was just as confused as you were. So for those of you who haven’t mastered the art of spritzing on some dry shampoo or dusting on some dry shampoo powder, this breakdown is for you. As usual, I added some of my favorite dry formulas down below for you to try!
Spray Your Roots
You’ll want to begin by spraying each section of your roots. Make sure that you’re spraying evenly and thoroughly, to reach every area. You don?t want to spray the dry shampoo anywhere other than your roots because it’ll become difficult to brush out. Don’t Forget Your Hairline
The crown of your head isn’t the only part you’ll want to be spraying. You’ll want to get some dry shampoo on your hairline as well since a lot of oil and buildup like to linger around the surface. However, don’t get too close since you don’t want it to make your hair look dry.
Blend & Brush
