THE NEW KOREAN TREND: SHATTERED GLASS NAILS
Korean beauty has had a huge influence on western launches over the last few years, and it's not stopping anytime soon. From the initial wave of BB and CC creams, to boosting serums, sheet masks, cushion foundations and prepping lotions, we have them to thank for much of our new purchases over the last twelve months or so. Although a lot of their most popular trends don't really translate to the UK (I'm talking about limp plumping gadgets and hair clips that hold actual plants!) one trend I think is going to be pretty big this year hails originally from their shores. Nails have been a bit of a boring category over the last few years, with the extremes of nude and berry tones taking the most coveted colour position, so it's about time we saw something new. Similarly, nail art has been on the down-low after a few years of taking prominence; we've had statement nails, cracked polish, ombre art and glittery tips, but nothing innovative for quite some time. One of the predictions for 2016 is that 'shattered glass' nails are going to be huge news - and Kure Bazaar have nailed (sorry) that trend with the launch of these limited edition nail decals.
