Sorry, guys, these new Neutrogena Hydro Boost Lip Shines will do absolutely nothing to keep your socks dry during a torrential downpour.
That?s unfortunate because, as you know, wet socks are the worst!
These Lip Shines can, however, help you in a myriad of other ways.
