How to Grow Hair Faster
Hair grows surprisingly slowly, typically between a quarter inch to half an inch per month.  However, there are some simple things you can do to encourage and even slightly speed up this process, and you don?t need to sacrifice quality in doing so.
1. Cut It
It sounds counter-intuitive, but split ends actually stop healthy hair from growing consistently, and so need to be trimmed in order to allow the hair to grow longer.  It has been recommended that you get a mere eighth on an inch cut off your hair every two to three months, to pre-empt the split ends from occurring in the first place.
2. Supplements
Your hair already benefits from a normal, healthy diet, with such vitamins as A, C, D, and E being found in abundance.  However, your diet might be slightly lacking in one of these, and so it is worth checking with your doctor who may encourage you to boost your level.  There are products out there which also include biotin and folic acid, all of which encourage healthy hair growth.
3. Shampoo Less
Conditioners are designed to help preserve the integrity of your hair and promote healthy hair growth; however, shampoo is solely designed to remove grime and dirt gained from day to day living.  It contains sulfates which can prevent natural oils from preserving your hair.  You would be best served by using a little less shampoo and a little more conditioner.  Your hair would benefit from the more organic, natural shampoos on the market, and you s...
