My Experience with Streetwear Coal Color Rich Liquid Eyeliner:
Packaging:  The eyeliner comes in a cute glass bottle, which is similar to their nail paints and has a black cap with girl graphics on it. The shade name and number is given at the top of the cap. It has a very thin applicator brush which help in precise application.

True to its name, Coal is a jet charcoal-black color. The color is bold and beautiful and gives a dramatic look to my eyes. The texture is slightly runny, in fact, it?s runnier than any other liquid liner I have used.
