Spring Self-Care 101

Winter has its benefits: cozy sweaters, curling up with a stack of juicy novels, Netflix and chill without the guilt, not shaving your legs . . . Yes, even I get lazy in that department! But come spring, I?m also the first one to throw open the windows, break out the patio furniture and treat myself to a day of self-care. There?s something about starting fresh each season that makes me feel like anything?s possible!
I?m so into baths lately. The tub is my favorite place to shave my legs after I?ve given them a gentle dry brushing with a softening soak in the water.
