Radara Patches – A Skincare Breakthrough
The Radara patches represent a big leap forward in skincare. I’m so impressed that I’ve listed them as the most innovative launch of last year in my  2015 Best Beauty Products post. Their brilliance lies in addressing a big issue in skincare – getting ingredients to penetrate the skin.
The first Radara launch tackles the lines at the side of the eyes (commonly known as crows feet) but more will become available shortly for other areas of the face and possibly even the body too. What makes these patches special is that they’re embedded with tiny polymer ‘needles’ that aid the absorption of the included Hyaluronic Serum.
The Important Facts About Radara
They’re made using an advanced 3D printing method. Each patch contains 2000 microstructures or polymer ‘needles’ so a pair creates 4000 micro-channels on each use.
The microstructures are less than 5mm in length.
There’s a 35% reduction in lines after 4 weeks of daily use.
How Do You Use Radara Patches
Application is in fact very quick, easy and relatively painless. After throughly cleansing your face you apply the patches to the area around the eyes for a few seconds. You then remove them and place on their packaging. Then apply the Hyaluronic Serum to the area and reapply the patches. Remove again after 5 minutes. The patches can’t be re-used.
