Pretty Skin From the Inside Out
Ask any dermatologist and they’ll tell you great skin starts from the inside. No matter what amazing products you get your hands on, they can only do so much if you aren’t taking care of your body. Here’s a cheat sheet of yummy foods that also help your skin along with my current skincare regimen.
Kale has tons of vitamin C which is great for your skin. Vitamin C promotes healthy collagen, keeping  your skin looking bright, youthful, and plump.
Spinach is rich in vitamin B which protects your skin from free radicals. It’s also got tons of vitamin K and folate which fight acne.
Avocados contain lots of carotenoids which are great for improving your skin’s overall tone and density.
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are loaded with antioxidants that protect our skin from the environment. They also have carotenoids to help skin tone and are proven to help skin build more collagen. Oranges and other citrus fruits are beneficial for skin as well. They contain vitamin A to help your body fight viruses and bacteria that cause acne. Citric acid also helps rejuvenate skin.
