Perricone MD Cold Plasma+ Face Serum & Eye Cream – Review
The Perricone MD Cold Plasma range was one of the first (if not the first) to use a Copper Peptide which is an ingredient that has soared in popularity in recent years. The range was known for giving great results but not smelling very nice. Perricone MD have now addressed this in their updated version – Cold Plasma+. The formula now claims to be scent free which is a bit of an exaggeration as it does have a slight smell to it but it really isn?t strong or off putting and I speak as someone who is very sensitive to smells.
The Cold Plasma+ Face Advanced Serum Concentrate could easily be mistaken for a moisturiser as it?s in a jar. However, it?s a highly absorbable, light-consistency fluid that?s packed with Copper Tripeptide, Vitamin C Ester, Omega 3, 6 and 9 and Myrtle Flower Extract. It?s one of those products that addresses all skin issues such as uneven tone, firmness, smoothness and radiance. For me it calms down my red cheeks. I find I don?t need a moisturiser on top but of course you can use one if you feel your skin needs it.
The Cold Plasma+ Advanced Eye Cream is richer in texture which is welcome as my eye area needs more hydration. It also contains Copper Tripeptide, Vitamin C Ester and Omegas, 3,6 and 9. It doesn?t contain the Myrtle Flower Extract which I assume isn?t a suitable ingredient for around the eyes. Like the Face product it?s multipurpose and works on dark circles, puffiness, lines and firmness.
