OOTD: Blown Away In Soma Bay
With the weather not quite knowing if it's coming or going at the moment, I'm really wishing I was back on the tropical coast of Soma Bay. It's always hard coming from such an incredible location and climate back into the rainy arms of England; it's blooming chilly and slightly depressing at the moment, so here's hoping the sunshine will make an appearance again soon. With that in mind, it's a good opportunity to look back on one of my fave outfits of recent weeks which I wore the first night of our trip. Although we were able to catch a beautiful pink sunset, the wind was hilariously strong which led to most of the pictures being of me with a mouthful of hair or trying not to flash my knickers. Who knew this part of the world could get so windy"!
THE CHICHI DRESS You may have noticed by now that I do love a good dress, and ChiChi London are a brand I've dabbled in a few times before when I've been in need of something a bit fancy. The quality is fab, the prices reasonable and the cuts extremely flattering - especially as they transition from the standard sizes into plus with ease (and without hiking up the cost.) This is the 'Megs' dress and features a drop hem on the back, alongside subtle lace underlining to help create some structure. I could've done with the size below (they're known for not being super generous with their boob area, but this was actually plenty roomy!) but it was still super comfortable and the perfect style to dress either up or down.
