My Experience with Note Cosmetics Rich Color Lipstick – Top Orange:

This lipstick comes in a black carton and a black tube. I have taken out the secondary packaging for want of space in my dresser. This is a nice simple clean packaging. The lipstick has a flatter top to it which I find nice to apply the lipstick with. If you are bored of the regular lipstick shape bullet, then this can be a change for you.
The color is super pretty. It is bright but has some milkiness to it like how you would add white to a bright orange. The color is surely very warm and will remind you of a beachy bronze makeup with orange lips. The texture is very smooth; it is on the thicker side which I love. One swipe should be enough to cover any lip pigmentation.

The lipstick is on the moisturising side, it looks supple and creamy on the lips. lt does not bleed or stain the lips at all. The lasting power is fairly nice giving me more than 3 hours. But, this will transfer a lot.
