Has it ever happened to you that you totally forget how many pink lipsticks you have and end up purchasing similar shades"! It happens quite a lot with me. Recently, I picked up “Vivid 9” from Maybelline?s Vivid Matte range, so let’s get straight to the review.

My Experience with Maybelline Vivid Matte by Colorsensational Lipstick ? Vivid 9:
Packaging: The previously launched “Vivid Matte” range lipsticks came in black cases, but this new range has packaging similar to that of “Bold Mattes.” The red and silver combination is nonetheless good. There are color-coded stickers which add to the ease of searching. Overall, the packaging is nice and friendly, but I guess they could have taken the packaging a notch further.
Shade:  Vivid 9 is a beautiful barbie pink color. It does not have any cool tones to it which makes it wearable. It is indeed vivid but not neon. This shade is a close match to Maybelline?s colorshow matte in “Pink Power” and also Bold matte in Mat1. And now I have all three!

Texture and Pigmentation:  I have mostly loved the soft matte texture of Maybelline. I never miss out on picking the matte formula whenever Maybelline launches such type. It is super soft and a creamy matte which doesn?t dry out lip...
