For the second look in this series, I used the incredible Marc Marc?er Precision Pen in Cocoa to create a graphic version of a cat eye and paired it with brushed up brows, pink cheeks and matching pink lips.  It?s a bit of a girly look so I added an additional coat of the Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara to create deliberately clumpy lashes for a dash of cool.
