So…what is the Monday Poll"
Excellent question! It isn’t, contrary to its name, an actual poll, like with little clicky buttons. It’s just a list of five more or less random questions I’ve been posting on this blog every Monday morning for the past quadrillion years (since 2007). I love reading your answers, and it helps me get my week off to a good start.

1. Do you put ketchup on a hot dog" ?
Heck yeah, homegirl! But I’ll take it on the side because I have to make room for the rolling hills of relish… Ketchup + relish = LIFE.
2. Can you touch your toes" I can, but I’m not a naturally flexible person at all. I have hella tight (but not in a good way) hamstrings, so it took a lot of work and stretching to get there.
I started to see improvement in my flexibility when I started stretching every night about six months ago. I aim for about 20 minutes in front of the TV, and WOW! What a difference! I can finally touch my toes, and — bonus — I don’t have as many aches as I used to.
