Lately I have been really trying even harder to stay present in the moment and to surround myself with the most positive of energies that I can. Some of you may know that my brother James passed away just a few days before I got engaged and just a few weeks before the one year anniversary of my cousin Todd’s passing. I hadn’t seen James in years as he lived in Australia and was battling many issues. To say mixed emotions were going on would be putting it lightly. This combined with the recent Orlando attack made me realize even more how so many tragic things can happen so fast and how so many beautiful things can happen so fast and how sometimes they are not very far apart in time. This is why we really need to not take anything for granted. I still have a lot going on with my health as well. Between the Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia alone, it’s an every day struggle for me. That combined with so much anxiety due to the desire in me to want to do so much more than I am physically able to do is very hard on me. I push myself and do the very best that I can.
