Uh oh, got a last minute party invite" Here?s a quick and easy smoky eye look that you can do in a few minutes. It?s a simple but dramatic smoky eye and you can get the look without even needing to add lashes. I promise this is probably the easiest smoky eye you?ll ever do. All you’ll need is a few basic shadows and these products by NARS that you can find at Lord & Taylor.

Start by adding a transitional color in your crease. Nothing too heavy, this look is all about the eyeliner. A soft brown or a matte bronzer will do just fine. Next add a tiny bit of black shadow in your outer V where your eyeliner will be. This is just a base and ensures that the overall look will be very blended and smoky.
Now start to apply NARS Kohl Eyeliner. The formula is matte, super pigmented, and since its creamy it doesn?t tug at the delicate skin around the eyes. I start by tightlining then applying a very thin line along my lashline. It doesn?t have to be perfect since we?ll be smudging it out anyway. Start to blend the liner with a small tapered brush. Add a bit more liner to your lower waterline and blend again.
