Last week Kylie Jenner launched three lip kits (they contained a liquid lipstick and a liner) and Twitter just about exploded, I believe they sold out in under 5 minutes and the site crashed several times. I did indeed try and get my hands on a few kits because I happen to be a woolly sheep and hate missing out, I wasn't lucky this time around (next time they are restocked, I will be first in line) but according to social media (I believe it was NikkieTutorials who broke the news) duping the three shades needn't be complicated. As a matter of a fact the best dupes for all three Kylie Lip Kits cost a mere $6 each.

The one brand you need to become familiar with for all your matte liquid lipstick needs is Colour Pop, forget dupes and affordability (not that the latter is not important), I can honestly say that Colour Pop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks are one of my favourite formulations ever. Yes EVER. They apply seamlessly, dry quickly without flaking, smudging or smearing. They also happen to be one of the longest wearing lipsticks I have tried and generally blow the likes of Anastasia Beverly Hills out of the water - no really they do. The downside" They don't ship to the UK yet and they can be a little drying, other than that they are worth every penny and then some.
