My Experience with Kleancolor Very Important Precision (V.I.P) Eyeliner:
This liner comes in a chubby little bottle. It has a bright lime green cap with a cute bow on it. The applicator is long and is made of thick felt tip. Looking at the name “Very Important Precision”, I think the felt tip applicator doesn?t promise you precise thin line. It is chubby, so you get thick wings when you use it on your lash line. The packaging is pretty cute and it is travel-friendly.
As I mentioned already, the applicator is thick, so no matter how carefully I apply the liner, it always goes on thick. If I nail a thin wing on one eye, the other eye has to have a thicker liner. Hence, the wings always come out thicker and bolder than I want. But that?s okay. I don?t mind thicker wings.

The formula dries down very quickly, so you need to work fast. I usually take time with this applicator to flick out the wing part of my liner because of the chubby tip. And in...
