My Experience with Kleancolor 09 Purple Vibe-rant Duo Eyeliner:
This eyeliner comes in a very cute packaging. It has a plastic exterior which is transparent and textured but, the shade is clearly visible. The cap has a long handle and it is metallic purple in colour. It has a silver tip. I really love the packaging as it?s very colourful and travel-friendly.
The duo eyeliner consists of a liquid liner and kajal of the same shade which is very nice. You get two products in one tube, hence it is very compact and efficient. I really like 2 in 1 products. The colour is a very pretty purple shade.

The consistency of this liner is a bit thick and creamy. The liner is nicely pigmented but the kajal isn?t that pigmented. You have to apply twice or thrice for the kajal to show up properly. The kajal has a slightly waxy texture hence, it tugs o...
